need help with rear delts

hello

i was hoping to get a little advice on some exercises that will hopefully bring my rear delts up to the standard of my side and front. I feel rear delts are a noticeable weak point atm and i can bet that a majority of others would say their rear delts arent up to the standard of the rest of their shoulder.

been doing the usual bent over raises but does anybody have any good ideas on some new or different exercises to really 'bulk' up the rear delts like a military press would for front and side.

Will doing normal barbell rows and other back exercises help to develop rear delts as well?

any input would be appreciated

try doing bent over raises lying on a 45 degreee incline bench face down.

and you could try rows with dumbells in this positon, keeping the elbows out wide

Bent over db rows with elbows out wide - like CCJ said. My rear delts are torched the day after those things. They rock.

I like the reverse pec deck too but I'm never sure how much of that is delts and how much is rhomboids.
