In regards to combining your fats and carbs i have read on this board and on the Testosterone Magazine site that combining fats and carbs will result in accelerated fat gain. Anybody else have opinions on this subject? It would be real nice if you could combine them and get the same results. The meals I hate the most are the carb and protein ones, as they really stretch your gut out when trying to eat so much rice or pasta.
