the hidden carb problem of glycerin and other sugar alchohols (maltitol, sorbitol, xylitol, etc.,) is definitely noteworthy -
the manufacturer's ought to list how much sugar alcohol they put in those bars - it's kind of sneaky....
but I'm not so sure that sugar alcohol causes a drastic insulin spike...
I've been eating these bars for years and I've always maintained a lean physique....but maybe it's just my metabolism....
