Need help shedding LOTS of fat.(long but NEED HELP!!)

Basically, here are my stats, I am 25, 6 foot, 240. I took a couple of months off of working out and just ate shitty. I was 215 post cycle, and ripped. I am a ball of fat now. I am trying to shed this stuff off now. My workout was going to consist of 4 days a week, with 4 sets each bodypart with 6-8 reps with only about 60 or 90 seconds rest. I was going to use this basic meal plan that I will post in a second, but I hearing about CDK. I have never heard of this and I am trying to find articles on this. Can anyone help me out. I have never been this out of shape.

Meal 1:
8 egg whites
1 egg yolk
1 cup musceli
banana
protein powder (equals 30g protein)
**all put in blender

Meal 2:
protein shake (equals 30g protein)

Meal 3:
250g tuna
100g rice

Meal 4
250g chicken breast
100g rice

Meal 5: (pre-workout)
protein shake (equals 30g protein)
fruit (apple)

meal 6: (post workout)
protein shake (equals 60g protein)

Meal 7:
Steak or chicken or fish
100g cooked vegies
slow release protein shake (equals 60g protein)
 
You diet is severly lacking in fats (EFAs)...........I drop ALL fruit when trying to cut, lose the 2nd meal of rice and add some fiberous veggies/efa's..........you DO NOT need a casein shake in meal 7 on top of your meat choice..........where's the cardio? 1st thing in the am is ideal for me........weight melts off........
 
proteinfiend and jkurz have great advice. any carbs you do eat should come from low GI sources: veggies, oats, etc. bump up the EFA's up, AM cardio, keep the low GI carbs, dump the fruit and rice.

i'd also suggest replacing a protein shake with a can of tuna or salmon fillet.
