Basically, here are my stats, I am 25, 6 foot, 240. I took a couple of months off of working out and just ate shitty. I was 215 post cycle, and ripped. I am a ball of fat now. I am trying to shed this stuff off now. My workout was going to consist of 4 days a week, with 4 sets each bodypart with 6-8 reps with only about 60 or 90 seconds rest. I was going to use this basic meal plan that I will post in a second, but I hearing about CDK. I have never heard of this and I am trying to find articles on this. Can anyone help me out. I have never been this out of shape.
