Hey everyone. I'm 20 years old, 218lbs., 6'2", and about 12-14% b/f. I have been training consistently for about 2 years now, and have had some great success with it. However, I'm still trying to get a diet down. I know that I need atleast 1.5-2 g of protein per lb of body weight. ANd to me, this is very hard to do. I'm a fulltime student and am always busy with something. What I'm asking is if anyone can please help me set up a simple, yet efficient diet that is easy to prepare and easy to follow. I'd greatly appreciate any thoughts, comments, or advice. This is great forum and that's why I have come to you guys.

bro, all I have time to write at this momment in time is that there is no "simple" or "easy" diet. It'll be expensive and well worth it. I just started doing a BB diet the right way recently... I'm only a few years older than you (but been trained for 5 years consistantly behind me... but without proper diet) and also a full time student, work full time... shit we all have more things to do than what we know to do with. If you're commited to making a diet work, then you'll do it.

Reccomendation right now: Read all the threads in this forum, you'll find a plethra of information and raw data to formula a stratigic dieting scheme.

Right now I'm eating my salmon filet and brown rice that I cooked up today... I cooked up a few pounds of chicken and steak as well to eat throughout the upcoming days... it's a lifestyle, therefore time for me to go to sleep and recover from a grueling leg routine I had tonight. Good Luck Bro... I'll post back here tomorrow if I see that you've done some research.

ANPB diet is easy and simple to follow

There are other diet variations I have there.

The ladies over on the female bodybuilding boards already know that I am totally about CONVINENCE. If you plan ahead you will have no problems sticking with it. On Sundays, I make up breakfast and lunches for the next few days at work. Same for my boyfriend.

As a full time student, I suggest you learn to love your Tupperware and your George foreman grill. It’ll look up chicken, pork chips, burgers, steaks, and fish in under 15 minutes. Hard boiling eggs doesn’t take much longer.

Cottage cheese, cans of low sodium tuna, peanut butter sandwiches, shaker bottles full of protein powder, fruit, throwing frozen veggies in Tupperware, almonds in a ziplock, – all take minimal time/effort.
