I am currently 25 years old 6'5 340 pounds. I have worked out since high school but always or strength to play football. Now that part of my life is over and I want to be sexy like you guys. I hear about using gear to keep muscle mass but is this neccesary when I have so much excess fat? And I have been reading the diets labeled as cutting diets, is it cutting when you are going from 35% to 25%. Where should I start? thanks for any info, your boy.
