Make sure you take plenty of fiber and fluids with electrolytes when using this stuff. It will back you up. My wife has issues with this.Ok! Whew! Concerned me a little! I have reconstituted and plan on starting my shots this Sunday
Also take digestive enzymes with every meal. You can also take between every meal as well to help anything that is stuck in the intestines.
