Got a question for some of you long time lifters.
I've been working out for about a year now, and the other day I was super pumped and had an awesome bicep workout.
Well its been four days and I went back into the gym for Bi's again tonight.I did my first set of concentration curls, light, and no pain. However when I sat the weight down,my forearms ached like some one hit them with a lead pipe.right in the middle of the forearm close to the bone.It felt like the same kinda pain as a shin splint, thats what I've heard them called anyway. When the inside of your shin aches from running too much...well anyway.
I need to know if this is normal. Is it a muscle, tendon, bone, any ideas would help.
I may be making a big deal out of nothing. But I'm 2 weeks into a cycle and dont wont to waste due to an injury.
I hope I gave a good enough description, thanks for your time.
O yea FYI..it still aches like a mother @#%!@ if I make a muscle or flex tightly.
PEACE
