Need help for my Girlfriend.....

My girl has two problem areas of hers; the back of her arms and her but... Don't get me wrong I think they are very nice and shapely but she wants to look like a model. She's 5'5" at 124lbs and I can see her stomach muscles pretty good, but she want to lean up her arms and the problem area on her ass right where the hamstrings and glutes meet. My advice doesn't really help since I do heavy training and she wants to lose the fat....

Her diet is very clean no fat food, no soda, no sugar, plus she works out 4-5 days a week with running or cardio kickboxin plus light weightlifting, so if any one can help it would be greatly appreciated.....

She could try yohimburn or GH to spot reduce. Otherwise if that's where she tends to hold fat, it just has to be part of an overall body reduction in fat. Or training wise, add in some tricep work & lunges. Less cardio - is it like hi-speed? Replace it w/ some steep walking on the tread mill.

I would think kick boxing would do wonders but a butt is a hard thing to tighten up. She could also adjust her diet a little bit - carb rotation & such to lean out more. Sort of shock her system a little if she's been following the same eating patterns fora while.

i know her cardio is relatively high speed I'm pooped after about 10 minutes but I think I will ask her to do lunges.... I think the thing is she is pale and for a lot of people being pale doesn't help the way you look compared to when you are tan. I think i will tell her to drop the carbs for a week and try some anavar, but the juice is a last resort I don't want her to become like me (out of control)

Hit some walking lunges and do a superset of Dumbell extensions supersetted with kickbacks for the tris.

..of course those are just additons to whatever routine she might be doing.

My stats are similar. I had the same stats 2 years ago, but now my body is completely different. I used to carry a lot of fat on my thighs and glute/ham tie in.

I was afraid to do any heavy leg training because I thought my legs would get bigger. Finally I said "to hell w/ it - I'm going to build the biggest baddest legs the world's ever seen..." so I started doing heavy legs (10-15 rep range versus the 25+ I used to do) of squats, deadlifts, lunges, s.l. deads, etc. I also added sprint training.

Lo and behold, the fat burned off my legs and they got smaller and defined instead of larger. Once the fat was gone, I discovered I didn't have any glutes or hams to tie-in, so I worked even harder to add size there. (It's a landmark moment when a woman says "I wish my butt were bigger" :D )

Since she likes the look of Monica Brandt (a very good look to like BTW), she shouldn't be afraid to lift heavier. Building the muscle will help her burn the fat. From what I've read, Monica also does sprint training and bleacher running, both great glute builders and fat burners.

FitFossil thank you for the advice. So here is what I'm gonna suggest:
workout #1 probably on sundays
3sets of squat 12-15 reps
3sets of 10-12 reps of Stiff legged deads
And some weighted lunges

workout #2 probably on thursdays
Sprints
Lunges
and some mild jogging
