Need Help Fast!!

I am a twenty year old college student. I was always active in high-school; played sports and worked out in the offseasons. Since coming to college I have quit working out and drank too heavily. As a result, my body has taken a turn for the worse. I need advice.

I am 6'0" and 195 lbs with high body fat. I would like to be around 175 with a lower body fat and more lean muscle.

I need advice on a workout regimate to burn fat fast and gain muscle. Also I am looking for advice on any fat burning or metabolism boosting supplements that I could take.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated since my knowledge on these issues is not as vast as most.

Thanks.

Anyone reccomend a thermogenic that they have seen results with?

Could anyone give me a good workout routine?

haha And do all the work for you!? Dude at 195 and 6'1 it cant be too bad. Thermorexin is a good supplement and can be bought at the AF store.

Alright, I decided I am going to take Thermorexin and SesaPure together; heard good things about them and highly reccomended. Also, I am thinking about taking T-Bomb(the original version that is no longer sold) with them. Can anyone give me their thoughts on this?

I dont know anything about T Bombs. But I can tell you that you will see more changes in your body with a good diet then you will lifting constantly. I hate saying this again but diet is really key. Lifting also being important because that is how you get mass. But you will never get mass without proper diet. It works hand in hand. Being 6 foot and 195 pounds i would suggest 2600 clean cals and Lift Heavy. Suppelments wont so shit by themselves.

Right, I got the point: I am going to eat clean and work out, hence why I asked for advice on a workout routine. You don't think these supplements will have any positive effects with a clean diet and good workout??

Also, I am a very very fatty 195. I need all the help i can get. I came to college weighing 180 and went back home at christmas weighing 230. I got down to 195 basically not eating so shitty and not drinking beer anymore.

Well buddy you seem to be able to answer some of your own questions, how did I get here, how do i reverse the process.... I think if you are a "very fatty 195" (kinda funny) then you should hit those weights HARD... build up some extra muscle which i'm guessing is what you're looking for. I"m guessing that apprearance is kinda the important factor here. So lift hard, drink that protein shake with dextrose after u lift weights. Hit your cardio 3-4x/ week. I wont say dont drink casue exams are comin and when they are done lets be honest here..... Just keep it reasonable, no 5 day benders on pizza and liver pumping amounts of booze. Check into low carb drinking options, chuckle yes, but in my first year I swear i kept some weight off cause in my head (i'm an ex fatty) I couldn't bring myself to drink the gallons of beer and eat drunk food. I just coulnd't .... I stuck to vodka and low cal cran juice, or vodka diet coke at the bar, and man a FRACTION of the cals. anyways, just a few thoughts, perhaps for the next few weeks keep those carbs at bay in the PM as well, that should help for a few lbs, but overall watch the cals. Write everything down.

Im just wondering why you are immediately jumping in to supplements? Maybe try the natural strict diet/heavy training route first. Figure out what kind of plan will work for you and then after a while (maybe when you hit a plateu) add in some good AF products!

Focus on building up muscle b.c the more lean body mass the more calories you will be burning. So lift heavy and eat clean! Read through the link that Bunny put up to get you started.

Good luck with your goals!!!
