Ok so I got the book Tom Vento’s Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle. I have been reading it at work and at home I have been taking inn a lot of info. So I have decided to start my diet next month. I will have a work out plan and a diet plan. Also I went to go get weight I found out my body fat % and my bmi. I see that I’m very very over weight and that my body fat is pretty high for my age just look here and you will see what I mean

now i have been trying to find out what work out should i be doing but i yet to see anything. some people say lift heavy some people say lift small but do more reps. so i would like to know what every one thing on here because most of the people on here have been at point in there life were they want to lose wighgt and they have so i would like to see what you think.
