Hey guys, funny first post aint it? I have been reading every now and then on this site about ... well, stuff, you know.
I need help with something now.
I have had anal fissures for more then 8 months and they were only diagnosed recently. They are small fissures that are hard as hell to heal. The doctors told me to use Diltiazem, which is like nitro and relaxes your ass so the stools do less damage when they pass. Also it helps the healing as that way more blood is flowing around the damaged area.
Doctors also said to keep the stools soft... well well!
I am on a small bulking cycle, with test p + var + proviron. Will have nolva PCT in 4 weeks.
I am leaving for training, that is somehow like bootcamp where you dont have time to try and heal your ass and put cream before taking a dump. Oh and did i forget, i cant use toilet paper... nice. So i have 5 weeks to heal that ass of mine, meaning i should pass as less stool as i can, and they ought to be soft and small.
HELP me, i need a diet that reflects my medical needs. I will not stop the cycle as everything will be a waste. Of course it affects everything as i have to modify diet.
Can anyone share experience, or share a bulking OR cutting diet that will not require me to pass plenty of stools? (in other words, high caloric non heavy diets)
