need diet help

Please share your stats, Age height weight, so that the members of the board can get a better idea of what you are trying to accomplish.
 
Get a copy of Body for Life by Bill Phillips and a copy of the e-book Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto. A good bulk is more than diet, it is training as well. Lots of info on the stickies at the top of this board and on the Women's Training board as well.
 
If this is your first go around with fitness or bodybuilding then I would also recommend Body for Life. Its more plain english and straight forward. Venuto would be a good follow up but it may be too much info all at once.

Sorry if this is a little off-topic, I know this is the diet board and not the training board, but you might also consider getting the book Starting Strength. I'm not sure what you're doing as far as training goes but this book comes highly recommended and the programs outlined are designed for beginners. I've heard that guys have put on over 40 pounds in a very short amount of time by training in the core lifts and eating a LOT.

What would you say your body fat percentage is?

Do you put on fat easily, or are you a lean person (ectomorph)?

What is your lifting, sports, and/or exercise history?


If your an ectomorph... start eating bro, be full all day... train your ass off and you'll grow no problem.

"I've never seen anyone grow from eating grilled chicken salads." - I forget, good quote to remember when your bulking, for serious bulk.

Let us know your detailed goals to advise furthur.

P.S. READ everything on this site... help us, help you :) Once you educate yourself on what and specificaly how you want to go about achieving your goal, there's nothing better.
 
since i have school its hard for me 2 eat 6 times a day. is there ne thing i can do for luch thats like eatin 2 meals. or can i get by with just eating 5 times a day
