I have been training serious for about 2 years. I am 23 years old currently at 180lbs and stand about 5,9. I think I need a lot of advice for my diet. In the past I have just basically ate as much protein as possible and have not been to concerned with my carbohydrates or my totally calorie intake, because of my fairly high metabolism. My main goal is to put on 10 to 15lbs lean muscle and little as fat as possible. Typically in the past because of classes for college and was not able to follow a strict diet, but now that I am finished with school and strict diet would be ideal. I feel that I do eat healthy just not healthy enough to achieve my goals. A typically day of eaten for me is: 4 cans of tuna, chicken breast, dozen egg whites, and for my carbs I try to eat mostly granola, various fruits, and wheat bread. If I could please get some feed back on any thoughts it would be greatly appreciated.

My current stats are:
Neck.17in
Chest 43in
Waist 36in
Arms 16 ½ in
Thighs 25in

Workout 6 days a week, with no cardio in those days

You have a fast metabolism and your eating foods that most people will reserve for loosing weight.

List out the times you eat and the amounts of the foods u typed.

THEN wander over to www.fitday.com or somethiing similar and post up your macros (Total cals, protein, carbs, fats for the day) of whatever your food choices and quantities are.

gain lean mass on:

lean beef
chicken
steak :)
eggs
veggies are good for you
milk
eggs :)
olive oil
sweet potatoes
oats
milk
brown rice
milk :)

make sure you eat every 2-3 hours....there are some good bulking logs on here...sarge is in the middle of one now...i would read his although he doesn't post what he eats all the time dang it!! lol
