Need Advice... lots of info but still confused

I'm 6'0, in my mid-20's, and weigh in at 210 lbs. I was a fat kid all my life and managed to get down from 300+ to 210 over the last 5 years with lots of cardio (my cardio is EXCELLENT), some weight training, lots of caffeine, tons of water, & eating like a regular person instead of eating for 2. Here's my dilemma...

I want to lean up a bit & can't seem to get off this plateau (diet& exercise just help me maintain where I'm at). I've weight-trained consistently for about a year and seem to get a bit stronger but don't get the muscle mass (judging from the other men in my family genetics plays a HUGE role in that). I've still got chubb in my midsection so someone at the gym recommended that I bulk up a bit with some Winstrol... which, according to him, often has the side effect of helping the user shed fat and building lean mass. But my research has found a FEW reports of guys growing tits while on some AS. After being fat most of my life I got some man-boobage and am not looking to graduate into a bra.

Given my case should I look into finding out a good winny regimen, forget about losing the chubb & gaining mass and be happy with my results thusfar, or should I just wuss out and head to a plastic surgeon for the chubb?

Havent heard you say anything about your diet? just that you eat like a regular person...Obesity is an epedimic in the US and those are regular people...so what does your diet look like.....lets set the idea of winny aside and look at what your eating first and what your cardio looks like.

dadadadiet bro, no aas sheds fat, tren can help you burn fat because you can train on it with a calorie deficit, var does this as well and curbs your appetite. but its all what you eat

First, thanx for the reply and your candid response.

Diet: 2-3 meals/day (depending on work schedule)... approx 1400-2000 cals per day depending on the level of activity being done. Mostly protein (chicken, turkey, & supplements), minimal processed sugar (whole wheat bread, whole grains, etc.), and TONS of water. I may splurge once a week n go out to eat but never seem to overdo it (if I eat out it's cuz I didn't have much of a chance to eat that day...those are my 2000 calorie days). I could cut my fat intake a little more but my irregular eating schedule (I know that's bad but work & grad school take up more time than I have to eat). Caffeine is a big part of my diet, unfortunately... working on quitting.

Exercise: 2-4 days/week of weight training at about 45-60 min per workout. I run about 5 times a week... usually 3 miles (sometimes outdoors sometimes on the treadmill). I've distanced myself at 12 miles (no lie) and can run about 3.5 miles in 30 minutes flat. When it comes to cardio I've been blessed with LOTS of stamina. However when I weight train my muscles tire out quickly, recover VERY slowly, and useless.

Goal: more lean mass, strength, & to reduce the amount of fat on my upper body (I'm not looking to get ripped... just to fit into my skin a little better)

thanx again...

I see alot of things wrong with what your doing 2-3 small meals...somedays you have 2 somedays you have 3??? in a total of 2000 cals...so your saying that on the day you have 2 meals one meal is equivalant to 1000cals!! thats alot for your body to handle at one time...then your next meal is 1000 cals again..surly you see something totally wrong with this.....5-6 meals is optimal...shoot 6 is what is my minimum...period...cutting or bulking...minimum! 6 small meals throughout the day...do me a favor..post your typical day (what your eating from breakfast till dinner)...what you eat exactly..and dont BS..be honest..we cant help you if you BS yourself...

From your post I see that you don't know anything about a proper fat loss diet. You should be eating b/w 6-7 meals a day. You're only eating half that. Learn about ratios.
