Alright so i started off back in Feb. at 6'1 270 (I know total fatass), so here we are in July and with my own diet and exercise routine I've managed to slim down and hold myself at about 220-230. Lately I notice myself spending time in the mirror doing my hardass flexs and being proud of how far I've made it, and i started becoming curious about how big my arms actually were. So I went out yesterday and bought a new measuring tape, and I liked to cry when i saw the measurment. 14inches... They always seemed way bigger to me but i guess not.
Bottom line is im looking for some advice on how to start bulking up my arms size. I really want to do my whole upper body, not so worried about the bottom half because it's in decent shape itself. I want to be able to flex my upper half and have my Traps, Delts, and biceps actually stand out. My ultimate goal is to get my arms around 16inchs or so, and the rest of the upper body to match them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
