Damn, that's an awesome bench. the Westside Barbell method is great, and there are a lot of proponents of it on this board -- a lot of people actively practicing it. It's hard as a bitch to learn the method, and it helps a lot to find a training partner who either knows how to do it, or at least somebody to help you figure it out.
