I do a 4 day split. I'm looking to change up my chest routine. I use to do
flat 5x5
incline 5x5
decline 5x5
pull-over 5x10
fly 5x10
I was think about switching it up to a higher rep, maybe 15 rep.. What is everyone thoughts. I wouldn't mind trying the omega project, but carrying two mortgages right now.
