Need a chest routine

I do a 4 day split. I'm looking to change up my chest routine. I use to do
flat 5x5
incline 5x5
decline 5x5
pull-over 5x10
fly 5x10

I was think about switching it up to a higher rep, maybe 15 rep.. What is everyone thoughts. I wouldn't mind trying the omega project, but carrying two mortgages right now.
 
I am doing mostly 12 sets max 14 with my wide push ups. I believe 25 are a lot. i am doing also bench press-incline dumbell- decline dumbell- pec-deck flies and finish it off with wide press ups.
 
That's a shit ton on volume bro...

Maybe keep it to 3 sets per exercise and 4 exercises max if you want to stick to this split
 
I took the 5x5 out off the 5x5 bill starr routine. It usually looks like this

Bench
135x5
155x5
185x5
205x5
225x5

230x3

Usually go up 5lbs every week and do 3 reps of those.
 
BINGO wtf man i dotn think ive ever done more then 12 sets for chest

personaly always found 10-11 sets the magical spot

always believed variation in workouts is the key, not ridiculous volume and from my experience this has been the case

why not try a pyramid workout?

also what chest machine do you have available at ur gym? be nice to include them

Im a Metal Militia lifter and on Saturday we could easily do 50 sets betwen chest and triceps and its to failure on the last 15 or so sets. Trust me fellas volume and intensity is king it plain just works.
