it's not obstruction of justice it's called the 4th/5th/and 14th Amendements to the Bill of Rights. With the exception of your name and pedigree information (and some other info related to traffic stops) you do not have to say ANYTHING to LE.

also, emails may or may not be prob cause--depends on the state and MANY other factors.

yea, it's from tv--they always want to take you "downtown" or come into your house to talk. I have nothing illegal much less embarrasing in my house and i would never let LE in w/o a warrant.

The police officers (for the lack of a better term) in New York aren't being charged with conspiracy to purchase but rather distribution. Im sure the DEA has been watching these 30 individuals for quite sometime and has more than email to make their case. Correct me if Im wrong but it appears there were 3 high profile athletes who were customers (end users) who at this time arent being charged at all.
