there's speculation now that niko from rugio was a confidential informant for rawdeal. it makes sense. niko "went scammer". then his indictment shows up proving he was busted. 18 months later look what we have.

Shall we add Vanquish? I have PMed several mods and posted on private sections of boards (not this one) about this guy and it seems a lot of people are either covering his scam, or just dont give a fuck if he is popped and do not wish to share the info.
