I have been on EliteFitness since 2002, I usually post on the anabolic board. I never really watched my diet even though I should have. Believe me it showed! I didn't do consistent cardio or diet right. I have a new found interest into body building and I plan on doing it right this time. Here's my question.
I have been using some of the same carbohydrates in my diet (sweet potatoes, broccoli, brown rice). I need some advice on some other good carbs. The same foods start to get old. Any advise is greatly appreciated....thanks!
You can tell by the looks of this picture that that waist needs to be trimmed! I was pushing weight like crazy w/o the diet and cario....HELP!
