I get wood when I inject so yea why not a tazzerprolly so. only a pre-vert like strongbow would get wood from being tazed.

Tased him above his heart? If it worries you, check out this link. I understand if you disagree with the use of force but what does that have to do with the placement of the device "above his heart"? Guy should have gone to jail last week, unfortunately, I think the cops were trying to be as patient as possible and probably didn't want to wrestle around with him too much since it didn't exactly look like a cop friendly enviroment. Grabbing the guy by the hair may not have been the most appropriate thing to do but I think I understand why the officer may have thought it was necessary at the time.

It's not as clear as the Taser website says. There's actually a moratorium here on the Taser. Most PDs cant use them for the moment cause of safey issues. Anyway our troopers have never been isued this thing and they seem to do just fine lol

For the people saying tasers KILL .... well, young, healthy boys can DIE playing football if they are tackled at the right time. It's just as likely as a taser killing someone. Are you gonna BAN kids from playing football? If you have a problem that might cause a taser to KILL you, then maybe you should be extra careful not to be an ASS in public.
As far as the remarks about the taser being "by his heart"... seriously. U sound like retards. Use google and read some stuff. It has NOTHING to do with that. NOTHING. Actually, it would be a GREAT place to be hit because you have some extra meat there.
Personally, I think they should have just shot the guy. That's the problem with tasers and cops. THey aren't shooting dumbasses as much. Now, they use the taser, arrest them, they post bond and are walking around being chuckleheads again within a matter of hours. (and btw- quit watchin tha news. Its OBVIOUS what source you are using and it just makes u sound dumb).

But prolonged shock to that area can absolutely affect the heart......I mean why do you think they put the shockers there when they want to "restart" the heart? Yeah, I quick shot to that area more than likely won't do shit.........but holding the fucking thing there for 30 seconds could absolutely stop the heart if the circumstances are right. Some guy just died a year or so ago from getting hit with the taser gun......stopped his heart. And that was from the gun, the hand unit which you actually hold to the person is alot more severe.......and that's what the guy did. Why didnt they just pepper his grill and then hogtie him? It looked like they were afraid he had aids or something, they definitely didn't look like they wanted to be within 10 feet of him if they could help it.
