Just wondering if NAC n-acetyl-cysteine is worth anything like AST-Research says. I bought a bottle just b/c i found it cheap, but is it worth it in any way?

It definetly sounds like a very promising supplement! I was going to give it a try if my health food store ever gets it in. Let us know what you think of it after a month.
