Myoplex Shakes

I am 6'2" 225, trying to lose body fat, I am trying to stick to a body for life type program because it is something I know I can stick to in the long term, I have been taking Myoplex shakes with Skim Milk, is this combination going to hinder my body fat loss? Anyone have experience with this?

i make my own home made mrps that to be honest taste better than myplex

i add some oats, cinnamon, splenda, protein powder, water a, soy milk and xanthan gum and today i added a handful of fiber one and blended it it was really nice and probably half the price of a myoplex

As far as myoplex/mrp goes, if you're going to use it, mix it with water instead of milk if your trying to get cut. It tastes worse than milk but you'll get used to it.

As far as price goes myoplex is a rip-off! Here in Canada we pay about 70-80 bucks for a box (sometimes 60 if you can find it). For about 50 bucks you can get GNC MRP (red and black container=elite series) which has 4 times the servings in it. Waaay better deal! It also has almost 50g of protien and WAY, WAY, less carbs than the myoplex.

If your looking for just the protien stick to whey protien over MRPs. But don't use whey protien as an MRP.

Apparently (don't quote me on this) myoplex is NOT what it used to be when it first came out either.

Skip the milk, use water instead. If your bulking, use milk.
