yea i have it 2x a day once in the morning and post workout. Post workout i dont mind getting simple carbs or course but glucose in the morning is not my style..
I take a reg. myo mid-am, but use a couple of r-alas or alas........maybe toss in some PB (if not post w/o) to blunt the insulin rush, but the carbs are so minimal, I doubt it will do much......
