Myoplex carb sense bars

Whats wrong with oats? Probably one of the best complex carbs you can eat. I'm not a fan of bars to much either, but I will eat them since its so easy to grab one and go. I think they are better for a mid day snack while you are still active other than something to eat before bed.

KEYWORD = "QUICK" oats...........100% processed

They still contain the needed fiber content and slow digestion times....

Mr x - I'm shocked...slow digestion times? Maybe compared to extremely high GI foods, but they are processed, hence "quick".....comparable to white bread....

Regular "quick" oats can have about 4g fiber per serving, GL about 15 GI about 60-65.

True on the fiber, but I believe the GI is much higher........HOWEVER, w/ a G Load of 15, I guess they are somewhat ok, just not nearly as solid as Steel cut or even Regular Oats.....that's why they only take 1-2 minutes to cook when steel cut take about 8-10.......
