why not include rest pause, static holds, and negatives for only 1 all out set per exercise?

Where did I say anything about DC training?

I like to load up a longish bar with thick, cylindrical iron plates, and push and pull it around in a variety of ways, repetetively. Where did I say anything about weight training?

I don't want to hear about your masturbation practices.

In regards to my earlier comments. . .you shouldn't assume I was talking about DC training because for one, there was no mention of diet, training frequency, or number of exercises used in a routine. These are other important elements of the DC program. The techniques I mentioned can be used for all training types.

My point is. . .never assume.
