Approved Log My TRT cycle Log

32 year old male. I was in competitive olympic weightlifting for 6 years starting when I was in early 20's. I dont compete anymore, but I lift the same and I coach it. I spit my time between my home/garage gym and a local powerlifting gym that my coach owns. My training has been almost exclusively strength oriented and I want to add a little size, but keep the weight going up.

I started functional medicine 4 years ago. I started taking clomid 25mg eod and working gut health protocols with regular blood work then. I was in decent shape, but not athletic or lean by any measure. I was not an athlete until I started olympic weightlifting via CrossFit in my early 20's. That evolved into just the weightlifting and eventually 6 years of competitions. I stopped competing when I started the clomid. My body composition and strength changed completely within 6 months of clomid. Eventually I ran a 12 week cycle of sustanon 100/week at my providers recommendation and added anastrozole then. My strength took off and my body fat dropped within a few weeks. Safe to say I responded extremely well to it. My wife and I are still planning on having more children so I dont want to completely suppress myself. I continue clomid while on sus and have since added HCG 3x weekly as well. I run the sus 2-3 times a year for 8-12 weeks at a time.

I recently added GHRP-2 daily and microdosing Reta and I have gained 20lb and went from 10%-7% body fat. My strength stayed exactly the same, but I am super swollen from it and fighting bilateral CTS. The water retention from the GHRP is insane for me. Even at low dose (100mcg 1-2x/day). I will be dropping it this week, but I love the appetite stimulation from it. My diet is very clean. My wife has celiac and I eat GF with her. Mostly low to no processed food. Protein is priority. I dont track macros anymore, but when I did I was getting 150-200g daily with total calories around 3000.

I am considering adding AAS to the mix to continue to push my potential. Here's my current stack:

Tesofensine 250mcg
B complex 100
Omega 3 complex 2g EPA heavy
D3/K2
Zinc 30mg
HCG 750IU 3x/week
Clomid 25mg 3x/week alternating with HCG
Anasterozole 1mg/week
Retatrutide 500mcg eod
Pinealon bedtime 500mcg as needed for sleep support
BPC 157, T 500, GHKCu as needed for recovery support
Melatonin 6-9mg as needed for sleep support

Yes, but I wouldn’t expect to repeat that for a couple reasons.
1) I had been sick and undereating for a month prior to starting the ghrp so I was down from my avg. bw.

2) Starting the GHRP made my appetite increase so much I was staying up late because I was so hungry and ended up taking in an extra 1500 calories. This tapered off as my sensitivity decreased over the first week or so on it.

3) I retained a ton of water so I’m sure a lot of that 20lbs was water weight. Also the extra fluid probably effected the InBody scans making the %bf decrease.

What are your thoughts?
yeah that makes sense. my thoughts are play it by ear
