Hello community, here goes my first log.
So I was never expecting to make a log because I came to this forum for something. Anyway here it goes!
My current Cycle:
I'm on Week 6 of my Tren/Test/Mast cutting cycle. All injections are 3x/Week EOD(Mon-Wed-Fri) It started like this;
~Week1-4 Winstrol 40mgED
~Week1-12 Tren Acetate 150mg/week or 50mgEOD
~Week1-12 Testosterone Enanthate 375mg/week or 125mg EOD
~Week1-12 Masteron Prop 210mg/Week or 70mg EOD.
I'm considering lowering the masteron dose to 50mgEod but I'm highly prone to estrogen so I figured a tad higher dose would help, is that true?
i also have Caber and A.I on hand when needed, will be needing more caber most likely, as I'm highly prone to the estrogen/progesterone/prolactin effects.
Stats: I am 5'10, 185lbs, 30Years Of age. Started this cut cycle at 210lbs. My Goal weight is probably 180 but I'm not sure.
Supplements: I take a variety of supplements, and have been for years. This is what I take on a daily basis: For my General Health I take Vitamins D3+K2, Vit C, All B vitamins, Magnesium glycinate, Zinc picolinate, potassium, handful of nootropics in the A.M and handful of relaxing herbs like Valerian, lemon balm, gaba Etc in the P.M for sleep. Milke Thistle for the liver, I also use Pre-workout, Creatine, a Pump Mix, EAA's, Electrolytes, Glutamine, Beta Alanine, Taurine, Carnatine Tartrate, Occasionally ill use Whey Protein but I prefer food.
History: This is my 4th serious cycle. I was on TRT for 2 years before any cycle. Been bodybuilding for about 5 years in a row. Used to bodybuild in HighSchool/College but life hit me and had stopped for a long decade. I would consider myself somewhat advanced, relative to the general public. I made sure to read up on every single thing I could possibly find before doing and cycles. I have a decent amount of knowledge on what I should and shouldn't be doing but I'm always keeping open for new, better information.
Cardio, Training: I bodybuild every day for about an hour than afterwards I hit 2hours of Cardio on the treadmill(walking), Every day which seems to dramatically help the slight tren sides I get. (Mild sides at this dose) Ill try to take a rest day atleast once every 2 weeks, usualy when most of my muscles feel sore. If there's a body part that's not sore, I'll most likely train it that day. I do somewhat a push pull legs routine. Something like this: Chest/Front Delts, Full Back, Side/Rear delts, Arms, Legs.
Diet: During this Cut I'm on a slight deficit (of course) so I won't go above 2000 calories per day but I aim for 1700 but it's been hard lately. Daily Macros looks like this 180protein, 150g Carbs, 50g Fat. Sometimes I'll hit up to 200g of protein and slightly higher carbs but I try to keep it under the limit. Cutting is a real slow process for me, as I don't have the fastest metabolism.
Goals: My goal for this cycle is to lower my bodyfat% from a decent 15-20% to a good 10%. Im probably around 12-13% right now but thats a guess. Basically i just want to have diced abs by the end of the cut. My abs show now, but barely. Burn the fat While keeping all the muscle I've built of course.

I'm all ears for any recommendations or advice. I'm looking into getting something better for the Liver and also maybe some Cardarine aswell. Thought about adding Rad 140 or other sarms/peptides to help the cut seeing as im very slow at cutting, but idk, i probably don't need it.

Heres a quick picture at My latest. I have a pretty wide waste unfortunately so it's why I'm taking this cut as far as I can go. My Diet is super simple during this cut. It' takes a ton of patience for me to stay on this Cut because of how hungry I am. I'm just now finding out that I can't go above 1700 calories or I'll start gaining again which is Ridiculous IMO. Here are all the foods I eat daily.
Diet: Tuna, Wheaties Protein Cereal, 0% Greek yogurt, 1% Organic Milk, Dates(Fruit), Dresh Apricots, honey Turkey Slices, Low-Cal Protein Keto Bread, Whey Protein(When needed)
I'll add more pics as I continue to progress, Food training and supps.

I Can't even lie, I've never felt such an increase in strength from any other PED! Deca/Dbol was close to this but that was on a Bulk, this is on a Cut so it's surprising as hell. I damn near got stronger on this Cut. Im Considering Tren/Test for my Upcoming Bulk instead of NPP or deca, not sure yet. 🤔
 
Are there any ancillary supplements I could order that would help my body burn more fat? I have Clen but I really don't like how it makes me feel on the average dose. I could take extremely low dose Of it (5-10mg)but is that even worth it ? I've never tried T3 but I'm not familiar with it, and I didn't know if it would hurt my Thyroid more than help me. I take 6g of Carnatine Tartrate every morning with my lemon water and I'm wondering if there's more I could do to help speed up the fat burning process. Or am I good with how the cycle is already? Feels like it's good enough but I'm always open for improvements.

I just got done with Shoulders today. I Did a total of 12 sets.
~ 6 sets (each side) Of lateral Raises (3 sets On the cable and 3 sets with dumbells). I'll start at 40lbs on the cable and Basically do Drop Sets until failure all the way down to 10lbs on the cable. Dumbells I start with 25lbs and work my way down to 15lbs.
~Than 3 sets of Shoulder Press machine, until failure.
~ Than 3 last sets of Reverse Pec Dec for Rear Delts.
All my shoulder exercises tend to have higher reps as I get a better pump in my shoulders that way so I usually hit failure at 20 reps, for each exercises. This is my first cycle with shoulders getting their own day of training per week, sometimes more.
After finishing with that, I'm doing my 2 hours of cardio. Doing it r.n actually 😀

I eat alot of Honey Turkey Slices with keto protein bread. Usually eat with no sauce sometimes organic mustard. Also I love me some Wheaties, protein cereal, and some Tuna. ALSO love fresh fruits like Apricots and Dates but the dates been the death of this cut (high calories) so I'm gonna have to avoid them for now. This is what i eat, Daily.

What do you guys think of T3,T4 ? Is it effective at burning fat? Also what about clenbuterol? I can do at most 10mg of clen before I start to have major issues with it, so i personally avoid it. Is 10mg even worth it for clen, and about T3,T4 would it help my cutting situation?
If anyone could help me with this question, I'd greatly apreciate it. BTW I meant 10mcg of Clen, not 10MG.
 
Chest/Front Delt Training

Chest: 6x Sets total
(I use smith machine because of my shoulder impingement)
~2 set @225lbs til failure (15 reps) for flat bench
~2 Drop sets @ slightly increased incline dropping from 225lbs down to 145lbs


2x Sets on Pec Fly Machine
~ Both are Drop Sets starting at 250lbs going down to around 150. All until Failure.
~Finish with push-ups if I can do any.

Front Delts : 6x Sets total
~ 2 Sets on Smith Machine on Max Incline 145lbs
~2 Sets on smith Full incline at 95lbs
~2 Sets on Overhead Press Machine 100lbs
All till failure or damn close to it.

Front delts aren't as developed as I want so I throw them in with chest and do a separate All shoulder day.

First I did 2 regular sets @225lbs for 15 reps each set, than I did a drop set starting at 225 for around 10 reps, drop to 205lbs for 8 reps, down to 185 for 8, 165 for 6-8 reps, till 145 for 6-8 reps (I usually just rep it out till failure than i drop the weight by 20lbs and repeat).
I agree with you on the negatives, controlling the weight nice and slow on the negatives which I normally do 80% of the time. Lately on this Cut I have been doing less of that I'll be honest, only because I feel like I'm only maintaining, not gaining anything while cutting.
 
I had some extra free time at the end of my day so I was able to fit in Bicep Training aswell as the chest/Front delts from earlier.
My Bicep Working Sets:

1 set dumbell Curls
~60lbs dumbells for 12 reps. Wasn't feeling dumbells so I switched to the machine.

4 sets Preacher Machine (2min rest between sets)
~1st @ 145lbs for 12 Reps
~2nd @145lbs for 12 Reps
~3rd @125lbs for 12 Reps
Next is 1 Drop Sets starting at
~125lbs for around 10 Reps, down to
~100lbs 8-10 Reps, down to
~80lbs for about 8 reps

3 Sets Cable Curls Full ROM (2min rest between sets)
~100lbs for 10-12 Reps
~80lbs 10-12 Reps
~60lbs 10-12 Reps

After all is said and done, I did 2 hours of Cardio on the treadmill. I do all my cardio at Fast Walking speed around 3.0 speed average.

If your shoulders are giving you issues then avoid overhead or incline lifts
don't do any exercises that put pressure on your shoulders
Yeah, I avoid any movements that hurt forsure. The pain comes from severe trauma in a car accident about 10 years ago or so. It's my left shoulder and Left Knee.
That being said, I can do smith machine Bench on any incline, even at 90° overhead pressing it. What seems to hurt is when I'm trying to stabilize the weight, so it seems to be mostly Free Weight Movements that cause issues, for example things like, Dumbell Overhead, Barbell Bench, Dumbell Flys, Dumbell Press are the main things I can't do without pain/improper form, most everything else I'm good with.

Oh I agree 100%. I love dates. Nothing wrong with them at all. That's my problem, there so damn good I can never have self control. I end up eating way to much for my calorie limit. They are just too good. Btw These are my favorite. Pitted Deglet Nour Dates.

1 set @ 215lbs for 12
1 set @ 195lbs for 12
2 sets @ 175lbs for 12 ech
2 Drop Sets @ 155lbs till failure, drop to 115lbs rep till failure, drop to 100lbs and rep til failure, 3 minute break than repeat.

6 sets Leg Press (Max stack is only 280lbs unfortunately)
Every set is about the same, all at 280lbs.
1st set 25-30 reps
2nd set 25 reps
3rd -6th set around 15-20 reps.
None until failure but close.

I usually do another 6 sets for Hamstrings on the leg extension but did not have time today but I did do Quads and Calfs, forgot to write up Calfs but here it is:
I did Calf Press on the Leg press machine focusing on DEEEP STRETCH

6 Sets total
2 @ 280lbs Rep till failure
1 @ 260lbs Til Failure
1 @ 240lbs till failure
1 drop set @ 220lbs down to 200lbs til fail
Finish off with Standing BodyWeight Calf Raises on a ledge until failure.

Watching all my gym buddies continue to bulk and surpass me as I'm cutting is probably the hardest part of this cut. Can't wait to be back on a bulk.

Gym closed soon as I got done, left the gym Went home and started my Cardio. From Now on I will be increasing my 2 hour Walk to a 3 hour walk for the remainder of this cut. So 3 Hours of Cardio after every workout.(In the middle of cardio as I speak). Everything else the same. Im having trouble getting below 183lbs so that's why I'm increasing the Cardio. Also, N2 slin, Cardazol, n2gaurd will be here very soon. Considering getting cardarine to help the remaining fat burning cycle. I don't have the best fat burning/ speedy metabolism as one needs to really shred. I've never been shredded ever in my life, I was always the overweight one.
 
standing body weight calf raises is an underrated workout
can really get the calves getting stronger quick

keep in mind with those cold cuts a lot of times they'll add nitrates
that makes it really bad for you
I get them freshly slices from the deli and I recently just started washing them down before eating, but I limit how much I eat because I know it's high in sodium and all that.
tighten up your diet more
would like to see you get more fruits and vegetables too
Been eating alot of Apricots and Dates, will look into getting more variety of fruit and some vegetables aswell.

I'm not sure about everyone exactly but for me I was only asking because I have a limited time of this cycle remaining so I wanted to plan accordingly. I would have gotten it earlier but I was just recently recommended to get it. Otherwise, I am perfectly cool with waiting from a trusted source.

Gym closed soon as I got done, left the gym Went home and started my Cardio. From Now on I will be increasing my 2 hour Walk to a 3 hour walk for the remainder of this cut. So 3 Hours of Cardio after every workout.(In the middle of cardio as I speak). Everything else the same. Im having trouble getting below 183lbs so that's why I'm increasing the Cardio. Also, N2 slin, Cardazol, n2gaurd will be here very soon. Considering getting cardarine to help the remaining fat burning cycle. I don't have the best fat burning/ speedy metabolism as one needs to really shred. I've never been shredded ever in my life, I was always the overweight one.
you start taking the n2slin before meals 2 caps and cardazol 2 caps pre-cardio, you'll get crazy sweat and fat loss
