Do you squat and deadlift?
I'm guessing no since you train legs and back on consecutive days.
Split your legs and back up and focus on deads to help your lagging traps.
i deadlift around 240kg
i Squat 200kg
tho i do them once a fortnight each. for example the day i do squats i dont do deadlift that week and vice versa.
