Hey Jen, did you get to find out what the problem is? It's giving you hell so the sooner you do the better , can't imagine how stressful this is , anyway yeah Like slat said the food diary is a great idea I just started keeping one and it's great you a lot less likely to go off track that way.
Anyway I just started doing this for abs AAP suggested it and it's great.

Instead of 25 reps of each I'm starting @ 15 then add on rep every time I do this
