My Thoughts on Yohimburn....(condensed)

if im going to compete, how many days before the show should i stop using the yohimburnDF ?

has you taken days off? its easier to know what the "water" situation is.. if you have...

water issues are going to be a lot different for someone in pre contest shape.. you may be able to go up to.. perhaps even through the contest date... it really depends on diuretic response and the individual..

more data???

plus input from other competitors who have used close to or up to comp??

It works. assuming you're dieting as well. I use it every pre-contest cycle, with great results. I especially like the DF version - I was able to use it right up to contest.

4 days on it now, using it twice per day on pecs and lower abs.

Days 1,2,3 I used a total of a 60mg application to each area.
Today and tomorrow, I will use a total of 120mg per area.

I plan to take 2-3 days off after my 5th day on.

At this point all I can say is....simply amazing.

Ive read, and read about everything posted by Macro and Ulter about this, and as with most things Im always very skeptical and not real apt to jump on just any bandwagon.

But...I figured it was a good price so why not give it a shot.

The difference in the nipple area was almost immediate. It was very noticable within 1/2hr after my 3-4th application.

The effect has not subsided as of yet.

As far as my lower abs are concerned, I really cant guage at this point. I am holding some water (currently on cycle) so that determination will be made later.

Im currently at just a hair over 10%bf.

I just wanted to throw my hat into the ring and say that I am very impressed up to this point.

Peace,
WCP

is this the DF formula? such a quick dramatic change may just be the diuretic effect which will differ by bodypart.

just playing devil's advocate here.

No.. it was original.. this was posted long before the DF came out... even before the final (improved) version of the "original" formula.

yohimburn

For any of you yohimburn users out there - just need a little help.
Can you tell me if your bottle comes sealed or not. My wife bought some and after 10 days use is not impressed. She also complained that the 'burn' factor was not evident in the way many of you have described. I am wondering if the bottle I bought might be old stock or worse thinned out or something. It has the strong peppermint smell and is of a thin watery consistency and the bottle wasn't sealed in any way - ie like shrink wrapped etc.
Appreciate any help.

the bottles are not sealed as they go direct from manufacturer to distributor to you. If it smells strongly of peppermint then it is not "old". If she is using original yohimburn then water retention may be a factor. if she does not feel the burn.. (the burn was reduced through changes in the formulation).. however.. ways to "feel" the burn... 1 is exfoliate. 2. be sure to apply to CLEAN wet skin... though some people are just less sensitive to it. (the burn)..

btw- 10 days is not very long.... especially with original where water retention is a big factor..

where is she applying?

When?

diet? ie calorie deficit

any other supps?
