Only tracking top sets
1. Incline dumbbell press: 45kg x 10 reps
2. Hammer strength incline chest press 50 kg per side x10 reps
3. Plate loaded dip 80kg x 15 reps
4. Pin loaded fly 89kg x10
5. Cable fly 18.75 x 20
6. Side laterals (plate loaded) 20 x10
Had 2 gatorades intraworkout, pump was good and weights are slowly getting heavier but I'm happy as improvement are being made every week. I'm enjoying adding in some higher rep sets to get the burn
