I am on day 2 of SGX and I love it. At first I was supprised with the routines, as they are pretty simple. My old workouts were pretty complex and involved supersets/trisets for almost everything. Not anymore. My lifting went from 5 days on 2 days off to 4 on and 2 off. Old routine was almost 2 hours, now I spend about 1 hour. The man is smart. He sets everything up so that you don't over do it, rather you focus and work smarter. I am at 18% right now and intend on getting down to single digits within two months. I believe with Chris' ('er ~SC~'s) help, it is just a matter of time and a hell of a lot of sweat. If you have always been good with dealing with the pain and effort, just have been climbing up the wrong mountain, this is the program to be on. I'm diggin' it.
