Dudes like 60 has had a tremendous year so far and in the last couple weeks has passed out twice.He went in for testing and found out about 4 clogged arteries.Hes not over weight at all but is a smoker makes me realize how very important it really is to maintain a healty lifestyle.

I have two friends who have had bypasses within the past year or two, one is 56 and the other 44. Both were caught before they had an MI, which would likely have been fatal in both cases. They just "didn't feel good anymore" and were always tired, went in for a checkup.

Sounds like your friend had significant enough stenosis that it caused him to go into VTach, which caused him to pass out.

This is why almost all people >40 years of age who pass out get admitted.
