My Quest to COMPETE - BEAT THE DISEASE!

Make a mockery if you so choose....in my head, sure....but the tremors, bloating, cold hot flashes are very very real...I am COMPLETELY overtrained and need to #1 take the full day off tomorrow and just EAT and #2, switch to a 3-4 day program. End of story.

A DAY OFF! 1 Day! Thats it?! 1 Day! And no one is mocking you at all. (Actually maybe I just did!)Its just getting to the point of being pathetic. I have been here for a long time and this is just ....I do not have a word. It should not be so hard to eat and to "not" train. if it seek help, more help, better help. I say that a a professional. Not a moderator.

EVERYONE has told this dude he is a mental case. He just wants attention. He is like a little kid. Negative attention is better than none at all. It really is sad. Very sad.

Anybody that works out, and knows how to manipulate their diet, which is most of us, realize that we have the power to make these changes to our own bodies. You are exhibiting the SAME behavior as a grossly obese person, who continues to stuff himself and is deaf to good advice. You ignore the very words that would give you what you want. An obese person has a million reasons, genetics, big-boned, whatever, and the more intelligent they are, the more reasons they can come up with to convince themselves that they can't control this. Bodybuilding isn't about letting yourself self destruct, it is just the opposite. Take control, seek professional help, take the steps necessaryto be who you want to be. Life is too short for this torture that you are putting yourself through. You have frustrated the best advisors here, and BigT should be nominated for sainthood.Most of us have seen the results of a good diet and strength programs and they are supposed to have good endings. You are pissing us off because you are sabotaging yourself!

Honestly, no offense meant by this, but on an anabolic board filled with idiotic threads, I don't see how a guy's honest account of his ups and downs that he is logging with hope of self-improvement can cause nearly as much grief as a couple of 180lb guys debating the merits of 50mg D-bol a day VS 55mg with the goal to get up to a whopping 183lbs while keeping their nipples smooth, lol.

85% of the threads on here are either redundant, idiotic, or in most cases, both...this is one of the minority that may actually help somebody or open somebody's eyes...if you don't like the thread, don't post in it and better yet, don't read it. We live in a free country and it's an open forum.

Nice job locking out that deadlift. lol... It's felt like 5 minutes have gone by for me before locking out some heavy deads, tough stuff.

I really hope you can stick to a 3 or 4 day a week lifting schedule.... it'll do you so much more good than you realize.
