I'm back. Working hard. I'll do better keeping my journal up. So, I'm down to 18% bf, but I've increased my weight to 242 pounds. I'm lifting more than I ever have. I have maxed out the leg sled --around 20 plates-- and have started to work on single leg presses instead which, right now is at 275x6x2 (after regular leg workout). I put up 300lbs twice by myself (i.e. no spot) two days ago on my bench. 400lbs on deads...
