My mother

My mother has MS (multiple scleroses?) and has lost about 20 lbs due to the disease over the last 3-4 years..

She's 165cm (5'2?), 50kg (110 lbs) and turning 46 in august.

has a nice body actually, but wants to gain another 10-20 lbs. She's been working out the past years, dunno for how many..and she's a very dedicated woman.

Any suggestions?

I told her anavar, anavar and maybe winstrol.

hope you guys can help me..and her ;)

Not winstrol, it can do terrible things to women. Var is a good choice, and deca or prefereably npp. Post this on the womans board for more (better) responses. Good luck with your mom.

i'd say var or npp also, i think nandrolone was successfully used to treat MS in women (not cure).... hmm or maybe that was osteoporosis

Dr. Maj says that anavar is actually approved for that purpose, and covered by insurance. She should talk to her doctor about it.

she's looking to gain some punds here..not to cure her disease :)

but thanks for inputs, guys.

I think we'll go for the anavar..any dosages suggestions etc?

For the var, you can probably start at 5 mg /day, go for 2 weeks & see how she handles it - any sensitivity (zits, oily skin, etc.) Then up it to 10 mg/day. Honestly that should be enough. Since she isn't looking to do a competition or anything, just see how she handles that dosage & if its something she can maintain - no reason to push the dosage. She can probably run it for 8-12 weeks & see what happens.

Two caveats - combine it with a look at diet & training. Can you post her diet & training now? I have no idea if she has any limitations to training or diet, so obviously I would run all of this by her doctor to make sure it is all positively constructive. Diet-wise, if she's gonna be running a cycle, she's going to want to eat clean (no liquor, etc. if that's at all an issue??) so she can get the most out of the var. She wants to build some solid, quality muscle, so obviously she will want to eat to support that goal and also to avoid increasing fat or bloat if at all from the var. And the training will just work with the diet to build that muscle.

Just to start, she might just look at diet & training as a place to start before getting into the cycle.

well..since this is her first cycle - ever, she'll go with 8 weeks of var, doing the first two weeks with 5mg/ed and then up it to 10mg/ed throughout the cycle, if everything looks fine.

she wants to gain gain gain..not necessarily lean muscle, but a combination of muscle and fat. as long as she puts on some lbs, she'll be very happy ;)

and about the diet, she's like me - can eat and WILL EAT about anything without gaining massive amount of fat.

thanks for replying, sassy69!

and btw..im curious about pct for women. any input?

Women don't need pct since we don't have test levels to get back to normal. :)

Var would be perfect and like someone else said, check into her medical insurance, it may be covered.

maybe that came out wrong. i was more like looking for anything that would make her normalize quicker. i guess women also need to "recover" ? ;)
