I don't like your plan due to a meal frequincy that is too low (only 6 meals a day) the fact that you have a fair amout of high GI carbs. Not only is your n-6 to n-3 ratio very high, but you have virtually no n-3 fats. Eating a diet high in saturated fat can have some anabolic benefits, but not when you are deficent in EFA's. Your also very low green vegetables. I'm curious about how much sodium you are taking in on this meal plan as well.
