Ladies and gentleman...
Just want some peoples opinions on my info, what do you think:
Age: 21
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 14.6 stone (approx 94kg)
Body fat: 10-12%
Chest: 47"
Forearms: 14"
Top arms: 16.5"
Never measured any other parts of my my body. But this is what I have so far
How is my progress doing so far? I have a great diet. I am consuming over 300g of protein on weight day. Carbs on days off. Overall I have a balanced diet that includes fruits, vegetables, some fats, a diet of variety and of course, lots of chicken ;-)
I just stopped taking a high carb shake that was 220g of carbs. I am taking a protein shake after a gym session that contains 50g of protein (I do not include this 50g as part of my 300g of protein that I eat on weight day)
