I wanted to try to push 315 more but I guess I got caught up in the first working set 275 x 10 first time and exhausted myself a little . I have never done this I didnt have a spotter mI actually pretty sure I could have got another rep. I think I may warm up to 295 next week and see how many I can do, then the following week try that with 315 again. What do you think ?

no - one more week then I will cut with TRT 200 mg week for 6 weeks or so before January - test / deca cycle - You always take hcgenerate 5 caps every day on your trt ? I plan on taking it just wondered if you always take hcgenerate year round on trt or not

I’m going to lower portions of rice some and only eat brown rice for the most part and start cardio after all workouts next week I want to trim down not too fast also starting the trt 200mgs soon. I want to be LEAN before starting January cycle deca/test cyp

So I almost press 315 x 5 on the bench which was a goal of mine. I may have been able to do it my spotter thought I could have but I will try next week. I went down to 250 mgs test this week and next week I will go to 200 mgs per week for a trt cruise for a while. I want to trim down before January cycle getting blood work done next month

you could always back off a little bit and build consistency then work your way up
