Kept it short and sweet. I believe I have been over training a bit. I may skip my shoulder workout this week they might be getting over worked and could be hindering my bench press development to a degree. What does everyone think ?? I love the overhead DB press but I have been really hitting them hard for weeks now

Do a full week of lowered weights and eat more to recover. I just finished doing that in

I do dips on chest day , and I may do some pull ups again on back day, I plan on weighted chin ups tomorrow for arm day to really blast the biceps

I did 40 min cardio yesterday up hill walking on the treadmill, Overhead DB press is one of my favorite exercises like asking a power lifter not to squat ....

on the overheads, sure you push them but in that case make sure to warm up the shoulders a lot
stretch, foam roll and rotate them hard before you start
and 1st set should be warm up one, just bar no weight high rep slow
2nd set close warm up with 10% of your PR and pump
then hit the big sets

Strain isn't good i know how you feel inside portion of my thigh gets that sometimes, if I feel it happen I stop squats and do movements that day that don't affect the area

So I made a few changes I don't do the wide grip hammer strength machine any more or the incline fly machine I feel the regular works my chest better; now I just do 4 exercises total on chest day . I use a lot of time on flat bench press warming up takes a while. I jumped the gun on my weight again I was 225 this morning not over 230 I drink a lot of water so that adds up as the day goes on, but I don't care about that I just want the muscle tissue and the strength. I have increased my bench strength about 50 lbs thus bar which is awesome. Probably have another 6 weeks on the test before PCT so I hope to continue. I hope to have a good leg day Sunday. It does seem that I have gotten a little bit leaner as well as getting bigger so I am excited the hard work is paying off.

@GMAN007 the changes are good you just need to stay moderate on all of it. Even with the bench boost.

What do you moderate? Like not increase the weights I want to continue to get stronger. Why do you keep asking about self trt ? I know if I do that that’s forever not sure if I’m ready for that yet. I’m confident with proper PCT and hcgenerate I can maintain most of my gains, Is that why you ask about self trt?

I dont think you need to stay on PCT forever but possible. Yes I do like self TRT for a lot of guys because the PCT time for many is a mess.
How about a short TRT 4-5 weeks and back on cycle?
 
I hate Friday training I'm usually so tired I'm glad you got it done

Hill cardio is really good fight gravity and it makes it harder

Obviously I would need to do regular bloodwork on now when people are on TRT from a DR the only do blood every 3 months but how do you suggest to do it, like take hcg or is that even needed at trt dose? Are you on self trt what do you do ? I think most guys are like 100mg test a week

I would go on TRT. You will feel so much better. 125-150mg is enough.

I can tell you this since I e been on the testosterone my workday s easier. I have a very stressful job and I don’t get tired drained as I use to by the end of the day. I have more mental clarity too, but what about my balls lol I don’t want kids but do I need to take something for them not to shrink when im on a trt does. Since I started the hcgenerate my balls don’t hurt but im on a much higher amount of testosterone obviously so maybe I’ll be good with a much lower dose
 
I like utilizing Incline chest press for heavier weight because it is safer, I like to pause and hold at the bottom, at the top during lock out I hold and squeeze for 3-5 seconds each rep of every set it's hard, rewarding.

I think that trt is very common these days
a lot of that has to do with lower testosterone levels from all the chemicals
 
you're going to end up on trt when we're the other
so if you want to do it then go ahead and do it
