My first cycle help!

Hey guys, guna look to start my first cycle soon and looking for recommendations on what to run.
im 25 6ft tall around 200lbs train minimum of 3 times a week also cardio 3 times a week. my diet consists of no alcohol or processed food and definately no sugar or fizzy drinks, i eat alot of chicken steak fish fruit and veg.
id assume that im around 15 to 20% body fat but have a decent physique my abs show slightly im quite muscular.
im looking to gain minimal size and to lean and cut, basicaly to reduce body fat down as much as poss (hence diet) and build certain areas slightly. looking for that tight skin effect on my already above average body.
any recomendations welcome cheers guys and girls.

Hey dude, I don't think you really need steroids to get to your goal. I bet one of the experienced guys could tweak your diet and training to get you there without the use of steroids. If you did use gear tough I dont think you need to use alot. Just my opinion, I'm sure some other people will contribute.
 
Cheers buddy, I've only been on this diet for a couple weeks an already feelin and looking bit better for it but want some slight gains which I haven't been able to achieve even when I was training more than I am. Also I find it very hard to lose that last bit of fat so need abit a boost in that department, it's like my body has reached a point and is satin I'm guns stay like this! Ha ha cheers for ur input though
 
Look into clenbutrol buddy, what this does is it blocks your fat receptors so that when you continue your training and eating you will gain the best results for what you want to accomplish. You will for sure cut down on your bf%

Is it worth stacking clen with anything? I've read a few bits on winni and tren that seam promising
 
I've done winny's before and had GREAT results, everything that I wanted from it I got , however I've never done tren but I have friends who are currently on it and it makes them a powerhouse, strength gains through the roof. I don't know if you could stack clen with winstrol though, perhaps ask some other guys in the forum?
 
First before you use anything we need to get that bf down below 15 at least. Much greater health risks with aas usage and high bf. Also Cardio 3 days a week not gonna cut it bro for getting rid of stubborn fat. Finally you need to calculate your bmr find out what your maintenance cals are
Deduct 500 from that and eat no more than that broken up between 6 small meals a day. Once you get your cals and macros in line, rev up that training a bit, lose some body fat then you need to come back and we can talk aas bro. No aas is a magic needle or pill. Losing that much bf has to start w diet training and rest. Not what you want to hear but it is the truth!

Cheers guys, I realise that aas aren't magic jus lookin for a little extra boost in my training, my job is very physical along with my cardio and I do cycle lots instead of driving on top of that, so probably logging a gd hr ish a day of medium to high intensity cardio figured that might be enough. bin to the docs yesterday an he Said I'm noway 20% body fat, checked me out and reckons about 14%.
As for my calorie requirements, for my size and with my level of energy output I worked it out that my body burns between 3800-4200 calories a day depending on how hard I have been working. Which means I have to start eating more than I do as I'm probably only taking in about 2000 a day roughly (explains why I was shocked my abs had started to show again ha) so I don't canabolise my muscle. Hope there is enough info there for sum1 to help me out cheers again guys so far you've all been super helpfull
 
Id continue the cut and when you are closer to 10% you can better gauge if you wanna bulk or not.

If you already do lots of cardio the cut should be easy. Just focus extra hard on diet especially foods wiith an insulin response and let that fat melt away.
 
Cheers, so when I manage to drop to 10 percent or there snouts what wud the best way to get the shrink wrap effect? Wud any of u suggest aas or try other routes? Looking for decent results around the 8-10 week mark
