my first cutting diet...help me out peeps--

.....never needed to cut yet just been putting on mass...so i decided i wanna go home cut for this summer. i think im 13-15% BF what do you guys think

i dont need full advise on my entire diet just what to eat post workout

cardio--morning--3-4 days a week....i plan on eating a banana beforeeach session...so what should i eat after how long do you suggest i wait to eat it. iwas thinking a bowl of oatmeal and 10 egg whites one whole egg.

there will be no off days on the weights, only volume will be lowered and reps highered on the workouts. in general what should i eat after..i was thinking, PW shake no carbs...30-60minutes later eat solid food like fish or chicken, something white meat....should i include carbs with this meal...if so which kind?

oh i almost for got...my supps:

and some other liver stuff
 
you can still put a little bit of dextrose in with your PWO shake even though you're cutting.. just don't put 75 grams or anything crazy like that..

and yes you need carbs with your meal after your workout along with the protein.. just don't eat any fat for a few hours after your workout.

on the meal after cardio.. 10 egg whites & oatmeal looks fine to me.

I wait an hour after am cardio and hit a big bow of oats, couple eggs and some egg whites, and as much h20 as I can stomach........As for PW, I always make sure to get at least one more solid carb in, not matter how late I train (yam, brown rice, 1/2 cup oats......"
 
I wouldn't worry about bringing in carbs post workout. In fact I would be a little worried about not getting them in. Personally when cutting the two times a day that I allow myself high gl carbs is in the morning and post workout. The only reason that I limit them the rest of the day is the effect that is has on insulin. Calories are what you should be concerning yourself with.
