my first anabolic cycle

Hello
My Age - 21 , height - 5.7" , weight - 59kg ,
body fat 17 % ( i got this result with Bmi calculator which need hips waist forarm etc measurements )
BMI - 21.9

Lifting from a year and from 7 months i am in weightlifting
i am going 5 days per week . Spend 2 hrs daily .

Diet - my diet contain vegitables fruits as i am from India. I am non veg , so i eat chicken , goat meat 2 times week.
Breakfast - eggs , banana shake ,corn flakes
meal 2 - daliya , fruits potato
lunch - India food ---Rice / chapati - vegitables - curd
after gym - fruits , eggs , banana shake
dinner - rice - lentils - curd
My normal day diet gives me 2300 calories eazily ( without including whey protien)

i am taking 5 times whey protien per day + liver 52


somebody suggest me Neurabol ( Stanazol )
1st 5days-- 2 capsul per day
2ns 5days- 4 per day
3rd 5days- 6 per day
then after 5 days - 8 per day
after 5 days - 10 per day for 4 weeks
then decrease as the way we increase
( that looser dnt knw abt pct etc etc ) so i dont believe on him


but i read articles on this form and i really love this site having lots of knowledge
stanazol used for the cutting cycles which is nt my goal

Goals - gain weight , muscles and want to increase my lift.
my weight is 59 i look skinny . i need to get 70 kg wright.

My compitition is coming soon so i want to start as early i can

It would be lovely if you dnt type in short form so that i can understand cycle well :)

these types of threads and posts are ruining bodybuilding and why its a joke outside of these forums. what happened to the day when you worked your ass off in the gym and ate solid? you been working out for a year and 7 months? try working out for 7 years instead.
 
I'm thinking the 2300 calories a day is what's wrong, bro I go to the gym three days a week, probably little over an hour each workout and when I'm looking to get bigger I'm eating 4500-5000k calories a day... now I am heavier than you so you might get away with 3500-4000 cals but NO LESS also your protein intake is really poor, aim for 180g protein per day minimum, get the rest of your calories from quality carbs (oats, brown rice, sweet potato) with some fats thrown in... 2 hrs a day in the gym is not helping, at your size 45 mins should be your max, stop any cardio and focus on heavy compound lifts, squats, bench presses, deadlifts, rows, pullups.... keep it simple, pick a handful of exercises and push yourself hard on them... steroids won't help you because your diet and training are out of whack for your goals
 
Sorry my man, but you are very far from ready for a cycle. You are too small, too young, not enough experience, and not enough knowledge before even considering this.

You need to eat right, train right, and grow for at least a few years first

m looking for help buddy to reach my goals i wish if someone could reply suggestions
what should i take to reach goals i would be thankfull
i am getting trouble in gaining body weight , as well as my lift are not getting increase i take more than 1g of protien / pound , eat good carbs still unhappy

read the bulking diet and workout in my signature below. get on that for 3 or 4 years then maybe you will be ready for steroids.
 
To reach your goals man, Just eat and eat and eat some more, good quality food and protein. Bust ass in the gym, you could look into a pre work out supp and some creatine instead of aas. That just my thoughts.

1. Make realistic goals for yourself.
2. LISTEN TO THESE GUYS, THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!!

To reach your goals man, Just eat and eat and eat some more, good quality food and protein. Bust ass in the gym, you could look into a pre work out supp and some creatine instead of aas. That just my thoughts.

i am on way to increase the calories and protien but its little bit hard to plan a proper diet with quantity
i think creatine may be help me in lifting more weight because i want to gain lifts for my coming compitition :)
