i am cuttin bf and gaining lean mass and keeping my weight up which is what i want
any suggestions are appreciated
started out at 215 17%
now at 208 bf%? but deff alot leaner.....and keeping my weight up and its only wk 6
diet is as follows
meal 1 - muscle milk
meal 2- 2 eggs, 5 egg whites, steel cut oats
meal 3 - isopure
meal 4- 8 0z lean meat, black beans or sweet pot and veggies
meal 5- 6oz lean meat, steamed veggies
meal 6- post workout isopure
meal 7- 6oz lean meat and spinach salad
before bed pro55 shake
been a little off on the isopure and stretching it bc the shit is getting expensive
