my diet is working im on wk 6

i am cuttin bf and gaining lean mass and keeping my weight up which is what i want

any suggestions are appreciated

started out at 215 17%

now at 208 bf%? but deff alot leaner.....and keeping my weight up and its only wk 6

diet is as follows

meal 1 - muscle milk
meal 2- 2 eggs, 5 egg whites, steel cut oats
meal 3 - isopure
meal 4- 8 0z lean meat, black beans or sweet pot and veggies
meal 5- 6oz lean meat, steamed veggies
meal 6- post workout isopure
meal 7- 6oz lean meat and spinach salad

before bed pro55 shake

been a little off on the isopure and stretching it bc the shit is getting expensive

Bro your sounding Tight...i can't stress enough about Samon though, if you don't like it, find somthing that is high in Omega 3 fats, that shit was the Bomb for me, i really acually believe it helps burn Fat , and helps muscle growth. This is what i use for my late night snack, no carbs for me, but protien and omega!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1/2 can pink salmon..... I need a second job for my food intake ,LOL

i mainly use isopure

but you can still stay lean on 1 muscle milk per day and its like a treat

If taste is the only reason you use MM, then thats pretty lame. Don't waste your money on it.

Start your day with a regular whey. Many great tasting ones out there.
 
your diet is good but always change it up

i would honestly suggest carb cycling

at LEAST a carb curfew @ 6:30-700pm

not lame at all......u can still stay lean on muscle milk and its good....having a treat at some poiint in the day helps me keep modivated to stick to the diet and workout plan....

diet is cuttin me up fast so far.....so if muscle milk keeps me from cheating on the diet and keeps me satisfied then i don't think its lame at all

im not eating any brown rice or whole wheat pastas or anything

just sweet potatoes and beans

actually today i wated to carb up so i ate a whole wheat spinach and tofu burito....lol but i never usually eat that i was just feelin beat up
