My Diet ,Dermathurm, and tea-3 Journal

Ok First of all I started back to training and getting my diet in order back in Oct 06 and to this date have dropped around 45lbs. My stats are as follows:

I am keeping strict food intake logs on fitday.com started Aug 6 average daily meals are as follows

meal-1 1 brown rice cake with 1tsp reduced fat pb and 1tsp of sugar free strawberry preserves,,1 protein shake.

meal-2 4-egg whites ,detour bar, 1small apple

meal-3 8oz lauras lean beef,1 cup brocali, 4oz babyfood sweetpotatos {love this stuff}

meal-4 protein bar,3-4 egg whites

meal-5 protein shake 1hr before training

train weights 1hr ,cardio 35min treadclimber

meal-6 20 oz gatorade 35min later protein shake no carbs after 1hr bed time

this is giving me around 1900-2100 cal,230-260 gr of protein 100-110 gr carbs,around 45-60 fat gr.

On the 11 Aug started dermatherm and tea-3 from primordial performance
week of sat Aug 11-18 I use 12pumps I learned to do my legs first,then arms ,then chest,wife does my back. reason being for me within 3min this stuff starts heating up it felt like my skin was on fire I started turning a red sunburn color but all this went away within 5min i stand in front of a fan untill then. I apply this before work i work 2nd shift during the heat of the day .with dermatherm my body feels warmer and i sweat more than usual,skin is tighter and seeing more vascularity in my arms i dont seem to be holding any extra water like i should,stomach feels very flat and tight. just this morning wife saw me looking in mirror and asked if i was sucking in my stomach because my waistline was so tight.

I am only two weeks in diet 1week of dermatherm and tea-3 but feel great energy up along with strength. And i am not on any pharmas.

Yes I have a iss bar and a small detour bar.othertan that its solid food and 3 protein shakes ,1 shake at 1st meal 1 1hr before training and 1 after.
 
Superman,

You may want to opt for the whole egg. A recent study came out showing that a diet with whole eggs encourages weight loss compared to a no-egg control group.

Either way, I always eat the whole egg (usually raw) for the benefical B vitamins and healthy cholesterol and fats. They are great testosterone building blocks.

I will add the yolk in for this week and see what happens as of today i am down to 233lbs i feel good very tight ,last 2 weeks i have had people notice the fat loss i have to credit the dermatherm and tea-3 1st then diet because i have used this food intake before but never felt as tight.Yesterday did not take any dermatherm or tea-3 and i could see a difference this morning I cant waite till 6weeks . I cant explain or describe any better than waist and skin very tight feeling.Also tried around my neck and cheeks no problems yet .

Ok here is my weekly update weighed in last night at gym 231lbs.I am losing 2lbs a week consistantly now. Today i had my first cheat meal at golden corral had my steak,chicken ,sweetpotato,sweet tea,and a couple of sweets. but im back on track for rest of day .Also started dermacrine today will now use dermacrine in the morning and dermatherm at night and 4-caps of tea-3 a day. Eric question for you i have noticed when applying dermatherm im feeling the sting and burn alot more could this be due to the fact of losing more body fat week that its being absorbed even more. i have noticed more in my legs this week.

Well if you are nearing the end of a bottle then you may be "picking up" more of the cinnamaldhyde as it tends to rise to the top... thats why we say shake the bottle before each dose. (not sure if you were shaking or not)

You dont want to take Dermatherm on back-to-back doses with the Dermacrine. (morn and night) In fact you shouldnt be taking any Dermatherm or Dermacrine at night as it will interfere with your sleep paterns because of the hormones. Plus you may get 7-keto DHEA hormone overload, since the DHEA from Dermacrine converts to 7-keto too. If you want to use both products in the morning that would be OK though, just be sure to cut down on the dose of each product a bit.

I only used the dermatherm once at night and that was last night ,will not do again , so i can use both in the mornings 12 pumps of dermatherm first, then would 2 pumps of the dermacrine on the testicles be enough I read somewhere that u recomended this when using both is that right.

Yes, this would work.

Maybe bump down to 10 pumps of Dermatherm to make a little more room for Dermacrine too.

Ok this morning used 10 pumps dermatherm and 2-pumps of dermacrine.

Diet and training still on track keeping journal on what and whens.

Just a little update I have been playing around with my carb intake, before this week i was keeping my daily carbs around 110-125 now i have dropped to 50-75 grams a day I feel a little moody and tired now but my strength is still up.Plan on carb loading this sat or sun might take in around 200 carbs then drop to 100 again I will update again Fri when i weigh in, I f you have not tried the dermatherm and tea-3 stack yet you need to try its working great for me so far.

Update the body fat is dropping off tonight I weighed in at 228 I dropped 3lbs this week .I kept my cal around 2000 carbs below 80 and protein around 260
I will start carbing up this weekend nothing drastic but would like to jack up to around 200-300 and start all over Mon going low again.

Weighed in tonight and stayed at 228 but dropped 2.5 inches off my waist in 3.5 weeks.

Technicly it was a short week by being off labor day i might weigh in tomorrow night to see if a big difference.

can you pm me a link to this dermathurm and tea-3, I'd love to look into a little more and see if I can get it here in canada.
 
Update weighed in tonight after training Im now at 227lbs ,lost a pound from last week the weight is starting to slow down Im still keeping cal at 2000-2100 carbs around 60-80 fat around 45-50 protein at 260-300 still mentaly and physicaly strong . Im lifting weights 3-4 x week with cardio minimum 25min-and maximum 50min on the treadclimber 4x week. Im resting and eating a little more on the weekends but not going overboard Dermatherm and tea3 from primordial working well for me, but hey I will hang in there no matter what besides its all about consistancy. Will be posting pics soon.
