My Cycle Progession: Wow!

Yea I recieved my Nolva today and am starting therapy. 40mg/ed until it completely subsides, then 20mg/eod/ed....depending. Its the Nolva "tamoxifen citrate" from P*P, so i'll let you guys knwo how it is. Thanks for the advice dial_tone, i will take your advice on the maxing and doing a little lower weight for my joints and tendons. I feel extremely foolish for not thinking i was prone to gyno, but I'm doing everything I can to stop it! Thanks for your comments guys, you boys are great!

well, time for week 4 update! I now weigh 200, more than I ever dreamed! I have gained 22lbs in 4 weeks, but I am still holding a little bit of water. My diet hasn't been the best unfortunantly but it's getting much better. I'm eating about 250-300g's of protein and roughly 4k calories. I have the biggest appetite ever and just never get full! I have been on the nolva for a week now and the gyno is almost completely subsided. I took everyone's advice and am doing lower weight to help my tendons and that help ALOT! I can see muscle grow literally within a week! My strength is still going up, but it now starting to taper off just a little as is my weight gain. Any comments or suggestion? Thanks guys!

I'm back fella's, after someone emailed me and said i should keep posting. I stopped posting because I figured no one read, but i guess i was wrong! Well it is now the end of week 5 and I'm up 25lbs, weighing in at 203!! I have dropped atleast 5lbs of water on top of that! About a week ago i dropped 5lbs because i didn't eat right and was somewhat depressed. I also took nolva and it hindered my gains alot. I maxed today for the first time in a few weeks and it is now 255, 35lbs up! My squat max has gone straight up and is now at a little more than 500lbs. My extreme joint problem has completely subsided as I use better form and dont do quite as much of heavy weight. All side effects that i was having stopped, other than the oily skin and a little more aggresion than usual, which is slowly going away. I get awesome pumps still and i feel great! I'm eating about 3500-4000 cals a day and about 300g's of protein. What you guys think? Lemme know!!

Great job. It is good that you have listened to the feedback that you have received. Very smart.

Remember there will be more opportunities in the future, the first rule of thumb in this game is to stay healthy. Pulls, tears and strains can set you back big time.
 
no wonder you got gyno, test and dbol together.. try some Liquidex during cycle and clomid(3 to 4 Weeks after your last injection of test).

Good point. I know this is a rather extreme example, but I had my right elbow rebuild about a year ago...new ligaments on both sides. The doc told me to be very careful for 12-18 months because it takes the ligaments a very long time to stabilize. Muscle builds very fast, especially with some chemical help, but everything else that keeps your joints strong needs much more time to catch up. That's why I'm in favor of short cycles and 6-10 lb gains.

Good work though...just don't be in too much of a rush...it'll come!

Maybe I need to stop browsing the anabolic board...it's downright depressing. 6'2" 178 and turns to gear?

This is not a personal flame, but I'm starting to think it's fucking ridiculous that the training board gets so little traffic compared to the anabolic board.

1. learn how to train
2. learn how to eat

before you even think of looking at steroids. Christ, knowing how to train and eat is the best anabolic that 90% of you will never have.
