I'm back fella's, after someone emailed me and said i should keep posting. I stopped posting because I figured no one read, but i guess i was wrong! Well it is now the end of week 5 and I'm up 25lbs, weighing in at 203!! I have dropped atleast 5lbs of water on top of that! About a week ago i dropped 5lbs because i didn't eat right and was somewhat depressed. I also took nolva and it hindered my gains alot. I maxed today for the first time in a few weeks and it is now 255, 35lbs up! My squat max has gone straight up and is now at a little more than 500lbs. My extreme joint problem has completely subsided as I use better form and dont do quite as much of heavy weight. All side effects that i was having stopped, other than the oily skin and a little more aggresion than usual, which is slowly going away. I get awesome pumps still and i feel great! I'm eating about 3500-4000 cals a day and about 300g's of protein. What you guys think? Lemme know!!
