My Cycle Progession: Wow!

i know u're all excited about your strength gains and because it's your first cycle but bro go easyyy...many of us have shoulder problems from getting too strong too fast. your tendons and ligaments take a much longer time to catch up with your muscles.

big poppa is right, your tendons and ligaments need far more time and attention (and proper form). you get too strong too fast and than you get injured if you're not careful.
otherwise you're on the right track, don't need prop for first cycle

next time consider deca, it is awesome for those ligaments, joints and tendons.

Your ABOSLUTLY right! After a good day of bench my shoulder joints are so soar and painful I can barely take it! What can I do to prevent this??? I try to keep the bar low on my chest now and not flare my elbows out and that helps a little, but damn! Anythign I can take or do? I already use Icyhot and a heating pad.

The best thing that you can do, is what I have had to do. I am just finishing my first cycle, I got so strong so fast that my shoulders could not keep up.

I did two things...slow down the increase in the weight that you are lifting and take extra days off. The extra days off made a huge difference.

I also increased reps instead of weight on some sets.

If there is one thing I have learned from this first cycle, it is patience and using good judgement with the weights.

I think I will try that. Today I worked chest and did lower weight with a few more reps, and kept strict form. My weight has gone up to 190! My strength is still going up and I'm feeling awesome now, but my asshole friend stole a packet of my d-bol so I'm going to have to end the dbol in a couple days :-(. I plan on sticking with just cypionate, but if you have any suggestions that would be nice.

Ok guys, back yet again finally. I've got some good news, but some bad on top of that. First, the bad: I am almost positive I have gyno! I'm kinda feeling lumps under them and they are a little tender. I thought I was not prone to it but I found out that I must be very, since this is only week 2.5. I didn't get any nolva either so im scared about it, so I'm having www.pumpnpose.com next-day-air me some of their tamoxifen citrate. Has anyone tried this? Also, my blood pressure is way up, but I havn't gotten it checked. I think this because I have not had a nosebleed in 2 years and I got one yesterday and one in the middle of the night. Ok I'm depressing myself so now on to the good news! Well I have never really been very fond of squats and my legs are most definantly the weak point of my body. My partner and I did heavy squats today so we put ourselves to the test. On the 4th set i repped 365lbs for 4! Thats crazy for me!! It totally blew my mind and gave me great motivation. I have dropped alot of water weight, actually only a few lbs. My current weight is 192. I have never weighed this much in my life so I'm pretty excited. My strength has really gone up and I'm only on week 2.5 of 10!! Wish me luck!

Good job so far.

I haven't used Pump and Pose nolva but I would take 40mg ASAP until the symptoms subside and 20 mg throughout the rest of your cycle.

Don't get distracted by the sides-stay focused and eat big.

UPDATE: WOW!

My current weight is now 195, but strength is straight up!!! I started out at a max of 225, its now 245 only 3 weeks in! I stopped the dbol at week 2.5 because of gyno and i havn't taken nolva and the gyno is actually going away on its own, that or my glands were just swollen. I'm extremely stronger in all my lifts and I feel great! My BP has gone down alot and my lower back is no longer really tight, since i stopped the dbol. I may try a-bombs next cycle but I will have to do some reading. Hell yea! Wish me more luck, it seems to be working!
