The best thing that you can do, is what I have had to do. I am just finishing my first cycle, I got so strong so fast that my shoulders could not keep up.
I did two things...slow down the increase in the weight that you are lifting and take extra days off. The extra days off made a huge difference.
I also increased reps instead of weight on some sets.
If there is one thing I have learned from this first cycle, it is patience and using good judgement with the weights.
