I know there is are variations in the body types, ecto, meso and endo but i am kind of wondering what mine is. I am thinking i am dead in the middle of meso and endo as i have part of the characteristics of both.
I have the athletic bone structure, wide shoulders and smaller waist. I hold most of my excess weight in the midsection. but when i buy suits, i can't afford tailored suits, to be able to fit my sholders i have to wear a 50 or 52, and even with my gut, its still very baggy around it but still alittle tight across my shoulders and definetely around my arms.
my weight problem, i have fluctuated from approx 13% bf and 30% BF but i can say this, i lose weight and gain weight very fastly, pretty much whatever i want to do it happens quickly so i don't really know what that says about my metabolism, i know i have a big appetite,and i like bad things, so when i am eating bad, i don't have any idea how many calories ia m taking in, i am thinking it could easily be 5000 to 6000.
More on my mody shape, as i stated befoer i hold most of my fat in the midsection, when my bf is around 20% and lower, my legs are pretty cut, i never work out legs, and my arms and shoulders are pretty ripped to, without flexing, alot of times more ripped than i see guys that are sub 10 BF but i still have this huge gut, well not really huge when i am down to 13% i can see top 2 abs and half of the second 2, but still big pudge on the lower along with love handles.
I don't lose much muscle mass, even when taking of weight training for several months, in ohter words, no how long i take off, i can still bench 300, but when lifting for say 4 months straight regularly can get pretty close to 400.
Alright if you have made it through my read, give your opinion on my true bodytype, i know this is kind of a rant, about myself, but i would really like some opinions on this or thoughts for that matter
